Our document showcases the importance of fresh water for our bodies but also it’s importance for watering our vegetable garden. Healthy eating, especially fresh fruit and vegetables and how important they are in our program both in our cooking experiences but also in having them for snacks and in our lunches. We have also talked about our education of our families from children through to parents in oral hygiene. It’s a result of the Healthy Together Initiative that we have embedded these healthy activities into our program and teachings of both educators, families and of course our children.
